BioAtlas Intelligence is now presented through a dedicated, cost-efficient public mirror following a transition away from the original platform's higher-cost hosting infrastructure. This website maintains public access to selected research architecture, scientific frameworks and estate information while the complete operational platform, specialist research systems and protected intellectual property remain separate. This is a change in public delivery infrastructure, not a withdrawal of the BioAtlas project.

BioAtlas Intelligence / Software & Data Infrastructure
Scientific intelligence, engineered from source to evidence.
Discover the scientific integrations, computational infrastructure, evidence systems and platform engineering behind BioAtlas Intelligence.
01
Scientific Integration Infrastructure
10 formal adapters / 8 completed manifests
Ten formal adapters define the source integration estate, with completed extraction evidence for eight sources. Those manifests report 243,139,161 source-specific records across proteins, genes, chemicals, pathways, ontologies, expression rows and single-cell metadata. These are not unique entities or admitted scientific facts; remote Census traversal remains distinct from locally materialised data.
02
AlphaFold & Computational Boundaries
Predicted complexes / completion unverified
The formal AlphaFold viral-complex adapter represents a predicted-interaction workstream. Its registry target is 1,703,992 interactions across 23 viral families, not a verified completed extraction. That target is excluded from the reported record total. Predicted structures and interactions remain computational evidence, not experimental validation or publication approval.
03
Evidence & Provenance Infrastructure
Traceable scientific evidence
Each completed source manifest retains its release, record units and extraction context, with SHA-256 fingerprints available for inspection. Acquisition, identity reconciliation, evidence assessment and scientific admission remain separate stages. All eight completed manifests report zero automatic admissions and zero canonical mutations; extraction alone does not validate a biological claim.
04
Platform Engineering & Architecture
Integrated software infrastructure
The exhibition connects source measurements, adapter status, evidence boundaries and historical engineering checks in one inspectable route. Historical checks are labelled as snapshots, not fresh build certification. The public exhibition presents curated summary measurements, not raw source payloads; existing asset-specific rights holds and closed audits remain unchanged.

Books & Courses
Explore BioAtlas beyond the platform.
BioAtlas Intelligence has grown into more than software. Its research, biological mapping, and systems frameworks also underpin a growing library of books and structured learning programmes, designed to make complex biology understandable without requiring access to the protected BioAtlas platform.
Books
From BioAtlas research to readable science.
Explore books covering cancer biology, the endocannabinoid system, systems biology, mitochondrial biology, and other areas developed alongside the BioAtlas research estate.

Courses
Learn the systems, not just the facts.
Structured learning built around the same connected approach used throughout BioAtlas, bringing together physiology, pathways, mechanisms, traditional knowledge, and modern evidence. Featuring BAI Herbal Mastery, the current public BioAtlas course.
